Air Care kept telling me they were coming to repair my heat pump but they never showed up. I've never dealt with a worse company. I spent three months waiting and made at least ten appointments. I really don't understand why they did this to me. Finally they admitted they didn't even order the parts. A very frustrating experience. I did however come across a great company with great Techs (www.bgservices.ca). These guys restored my faith and repaired my system within minutes. Hope this helps someone make the right decision.

After repeatedly calling Air Care for service on 2 brand new units we finally went to their office to get service. They generally do not answer their phones and only did so after one day my husband phoned 7 times back to back did they pick up and answer. Of course we were given the usual run around, somebody was coming out the next day and naturally that did not happen nor did anyone ever materialize. They have consistently blamed one person or shipping or whatever/whoever, never accepting any type of responsibility themselves. The issue that we are having this time has been going on for 3 months. I have the feeling it's going to be a long hot summer too! There is so much with this company that I would be writing forever! All I can recommend to future buyers is BEWARE! They are not a reliable company.

Hi there – We have had nothing but trouble with this company since the day they left after installing a $7000 dual heat pump three years ago! They were here ASAP to install our unit three years ago. Once that was done and the guys left, our dealings with them changed. We didn’t seem to have a manual for our unit, we called them and called them. Left message after message - no return phone call. Our unit was not working properly.... call after call to them with no response and/or broken promises on their part to follow up. Kevin would tell us that Pat would get back to us in 10 minutes... then weeks would go by with no contact from them. This has gone on for years now with dozens of examples like this - over and over. We'll call you back. No such luck.

Recently, we decided to add on to our house but the outside unit hoses were in the way. We called them to ask them to come and move them. Of course, they booked an apt to come right away. My husband took the day off work to be with them so they would know where to move it to.... but they, as always, were a no show. And no phone call to us to even let us know that they weren't coming. Nor did they call the next day or the next. Finally, after daily calls to Kevin they tell us that this product has a 4 degree variance. So, if you set it for 20 degrees, expect the room temperature to range between 16 and 24 degrees! Does this sound right to you?
This company has the worst post-purchase customer service I have ever heard of! Bottom line? From house owner to house owner.... DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!
I will take every opportunity to tell anyone I know about them and will make every effort to stand beside their booth at Home Shows in Fredericton to warn off any potential purchasers!
