Patrick, called to let me know when he would be coming to my home so I could meet him and not have to wait at home all day unnecessarily. He did the maintenance on the furnace and gave me some advice on how to maintain the unit in between visits. He was very pleasant and professional and I would not want to have to deal with another company. We are extremely happy with the staff and service.

Recently Cory and Dave of Carleton Place Refridgeration completed an excellent job of duct cleaning in our newly built home. The dehumidifier on our geo thermal furnace clogged and we had 4 inches of water in the basement. It was Christmas Day. The technician came out within 4 hours and assessed the problem and gave a temporary fix. NO WHERE ELSE WILL YOU GET THIS TYPE OF KIND, EFFICIENT SERVICE! The owner made himself readily available to us on a weekend, to determine if it was a product problem, he contacted the manufacturer and it was replaced within weeks. We felt heat pump not working properly. Mike was awesome, he checked everything and explained on how the pump works at certain temperatures. Would absolutely recommend Mike and the Company to everyone. Thanks again Mike.

Shane and an trainee arrived promptly, donned that bootees and got to work efficiently. They were both cheerful and courteous at all times. Shane briefed me on what they were doing and answered my questions competently. This was another happy episode in the long and highly satisfactory relationship we have had with this firm since they installed our Water Furnace Heat Pump system about nine years ago.
