He arrived as scheduled, on time, donned plastic boots over his work shoes, went to work cleaning the fan and the reusable filter, testing the system, etc. As always, he asked about problems (there were none) and if we had questions. We had one which he answered. We look forward to another trouble-free year with our Water Furnace system from CRHACL. Over the seven years since this system was installed, our total experience with Carleton Refrigeration has been excellent.
