The service rep was professional and knowledgeable. He arrived on time and complete the service in a timely manner. The invoice came in as quoted. With the Gold Service old parts were replaced without charge to me. We will continue using Carleton Refrigeration Heating & Air to service our furnace with the Gold package in the future.
