For the past 15 years or more, I have had annual maintenance done to both my furnace and A/C. The Techs sent to my home have always been very professional and courteous. I would definitely recommend Carleton Refrigeration to anyone looking for a dependable and cost worthy company.
Patrick, called to let me know when he would be coming to my home so I could meet him and not have to wait at home all day unnecessarily. He did the maintenance on the furnace and gave me some advice on how to maintain the unit in between visits. He was very pleasant and professional and I would not want to have to deal with another company. We are extremely happy with the staff and service.

We have been using Carleton Refrigeration for more than 10 years and we have never been disappointed. We recently had our annual maintenance done on the Air Conditioner and again very satisfied! Patrick was here as scheduled and in less than 45 minutes had his work complete. With their new paperless technology, it was great to have all reports of that days service and billing statement electronically sent to our e-mail. I would recommend this company 100%. Patrick was in to service our furnace and as with all the service staff, they are fantastic. The e-mail and/or telephone options for appointment set-up and confirmation are perfect and the staff are the best to deal with.

The end of March 2016 we had our furnace serviced for the annual cleaning and today we had our A/C serviced also. Because we have both serviced we get a discount on the second. I wanted to say that the staff that call for the booking as well as the staff that do the work are amazing. They are friendly and do an excellent job every time. This company (Kaniwi), was recommended to me for painting I needed done in the interior of my home. I was given an estimate that was a little too expensive for my budget, but after some negotiations a price was agreed upon. Painting began and finished as predicted and scheduled with extreme perfection and professionalism. The owner has an eye for detail which was obvious in a job well done. I would recommend this company to everyone.
I have used Town Mechanical for years and recently needed some work done on the hot water tank and toilet. Brent is very professional, immaculate and organized. He was in and out within an hour with everything he needed to do the job and the cost was very reasonable, probably much lower than it could have been. I would recommend his services to anyone.

The guys came to install and replace and were in and out in a few hours. The job was well done and they continue to come for regular visits to clean. I highly recommend this company.
