At the conclusion of the visit, he provided a concise overview of the issues he found and the actions he had taken. I had Carleton supply a new York furnace and aircon and a Giant water heater. They had to move location in my basement so new electrical, vents, gas lines and ducting was needed. They did it all in one day. Very satisfied.

I was impressed with the company from my first phone call to them. They took the time to properly listen to the issue I wanted investigated and setup a time just a few days later for the inspection to be done. Mike was excellent. He showed up on time and was really thorough in diagnosing what was wrong and also took the time to explain to me what he was doing at every step. I was really impressed with the work that he did and I have no problem recommending them for any work you need done.

For the last 7 years I have had Carleton Refrigeration Heating and Air Conditioning Ltd come in and do the Annual Inspections on my rental unit and my home. Always helpful with appointments; warranty pieces, and friendly service. Always on time-if not earlier. I would strongly recommend you give them a call.

Aside from having our annual AC maintenance completed, our technician replaced a defective HRV 20-minute timer. He also brought a new AC cover. Service technician was very curteous and completed his tasks efficiently and professionally.

He was always willing to answer all our questions and always gave each question a well thought out and understandable answer.
They arrived on time and had all the parts and tools that were needed.
Jordie and Jared respected our house, always using the red carpets or booties.
They were pleasant, and patient throughout the whole installation, even during the unexpected parts - such as the installation of the wi fi thermostat that proved to be more difficult than planned.
They were very happy to ensure that everything looked professional.
They went out of their way to help with a few extra things, such as helping me move an old air conditioner that was not needed anymore.
