Carleton is a company that can easily go beyond a straightforward forced air system. Had a boiler system that needed a complete overhaul and upgrade involving indirect, boiler and auxiliary system. Carleton gave excellent feedback and options for installation. The installation itself was very high quality with meticulous craftsmanship. I like things being done right and they exceeded expectations... highly recommended!

Carleton honoured a friends and family certificate we received back in 2011. The technician Joel was very friendly and professional, and arrived at the house on time and was very efficient in completing his work doing so very cleanly! At the same time, he answered all questions that I had. He was also kind enough to remind us that when we needed to have our air conditioner services that Carleton has a discount for members of the Canadian Forces.

What happened there? Company was not able to install product. They could have offered a few options to rectify the problem. Not very satisfied. But ok, I guess. I paid.

We needed a new propane furnace and backup generator before leaving for March break. Carleton got it done on time and on budget. They worked with us to complete the project so we could have peace of mind on vacation.

Our older furnace failed 2 days before our March vacation. Brad and the crew from Carleton Refrigeration Heating and Air saved the day! Brad responded immediately and provided same day quotes and thoroughly discussed our choices. We felt the quote for our new furnace was fair and there were no hidden surprises. The ducts were cleaned for the first time in years and the guys were very friendly and did an amazing job. The furnace installation and upgrade to exhaust pipes was efficient and we are very pleased customers. The whole team is committed to customer service. Their friendliness and expertise made the whole process rewarding and we are happy with our new furnace.

From the start of the leak in the hot water tank to the finished install of new tank, the time span was barely 24 hours. Carleton Refrigeration boasts a courteous and efficient team, both in office and on site.

We have had several interactions with the staff at Carleton Refrigeration since they installed the Heating/Ventilation System for our new home in 2013.
From the friendly/helpful reception staff, to the Parts & Service Technicians, to the Sales/Service Manager, Roger, we have been continuously impressed by the obvious commitment to customer service on the part of everyone associated with CR.
As just one example, during a recent ice/snow storm, a plastic HRV Exhaust Vent flap was damaged. When I popped into the office to ask if I could purchase a replacement part, I was immediately ushered into the "parts department" by staff member, Brad, who then spent several minutes doing a complete "above & beyond the call of duty search" in order to find 2 replacement flaps which he gave me at no charge.
