We have been very impressed by both the customer relations and the technical expertise offered by Carleton Refrigeration over the past 5 years. Today we were visited by a relatively new (to the company) Service Technician, Adam, who set even higher service standards. He demonstrated absolutely first-rate technical as well as interpersonal skills. Adam fully explained what procedures he was following and why. He also made thoughtful recommendations. We would highly recommend Adam to both his employers and other potential clients.

We have had several interactions with the staff at Carleton Refrigeration since they installed the Heating/Ventilation System for our new home in 2013. From the friendly/helpful reception staff, to the Parts & Service Technicians, to the Sales/Service Manager, Roger, we have been continuously impressed by the obvious commitment to customer service on the part of everyone associated with CR. As just one example, during a recent ice/snow storm, a plastic HRV Exhaust Vent flap was damaged. When I popped into the office to ask if I could purchase a replacement part, I was immediately ushered into the "parts department" by staff member, Brad, who then spent several minutes doing a complete "above & beyond the call of duty search" in order to find 2 replacement flaps which he gave me at no charge. (The cost of $1. appears in this review since it requires a cost to be identified in order to register any comments!)
