Carleton honoured a friends and family certificate we received back in 2011. The technician Joel was very friendly and professional, and arrived at the house on time and was very efficient in completing his work doing so very cleanly! At the same time, he answered all questions that I had. He was also kind enough to remind us that when we needed to have our air conditioner services that Carleton has a discount for members of the Canadian Forces. Great service very appreciated!
