We had a fantastic experience with Novelcare replacing our furnace and central air conditioner. Technicians were patient, polite, and very respectful of our home. They did a flawless job and the price was extremely competitive. I recommend NovelCare without any hesitation.

I just replaced my 20 years old Furnace and AC and I'm extremely happy and satisfied with the top of the line equipment and service There crew provided. I took my time to shop around and compare products, warranty and costs from Home Depot (Trane), Costco (Lennox), Enercare (Amana) and Lowe's (Carrier). I compared apples to apples and carefully reviewed each quote. Finally made my decision and chose Hargrave as the authorized contractor for Lowe's. I got an American Standard top of the line Furnace and AC and the price difference was significantly less than the other providers, Darren the sales rep. was amazing!! He carefully took me through the process by explaining the different options and what makes them apart from others: "10 years parts and labor warranty (other providers offer 10 years warranty on parts but only 3 years on labor"). The installation day was smooth and everything was clean and very well installed. I couldn't be happier with my purchase and the professional service these guys provided. 150% recommende

I experienced unprofessional customer management from the owner on down and unprofessional service throughout. They required 12 (TWELVE) visits to fix an issue on a unit they installed in my home! I experienced (and documented) inexperienced service technician visits, confrontational management, and repeated unfulfilled promises of remedying the situation. Do not use Novelcare.

Novel Care always looks after us. The service and customer care they provide is outstanding. We purchased a new Combi Boiler after Daren the sales rep came to the house and spent quite a bit of time with us explaining all the options available. Nick and Peter the installation techs were wonderful. They showed up on time, put down floor protection and went to work. After the install, Nick went over all the details of the new Boiler. Working with Novel Care has been stress free, all their employees are professional, knowledgeable and customer friendly.
Above all, their price are more reasonable in compare to other companies. They give me Ten years warranty also one year labour which is unbelievable and now I'm stress free for the next ten years.

I was impressed with the professionalism and knowledge of all the team members at Novelcare. We trusted them to install a Navien Combi boiler to replace a 10 year old one that was never great from the outset. They did a great job and worked hard navigating 4 flights of stairs to our mechanical room. Despite having to lift some heavy equipment, not one mark was left on our walls. And they did a great job modifying the existing vent holes in the house to adapt to the new system. They were not the cheapest quote for the install but I have complete peace of mind knowing that they did not try to cut corners. Great experience with them!

Your technicians were great when they came by to replace our combi boiler on Nov 7. They were on time, courteous, and certainly knew what they were doing. During the process, they were able answer many questions I had. When they finished, they left the work area clean and tidy. Great job guys!

Great job from the original visit for the estimate through to the installation. The crew had to install the furnace vent pipes by crawling under a large deck in the rain and cold and didn’t complain once! I have also used Novel Care for maintenance and repairs to my aging HVAC equipment in the past and have always been happy.

Darren came to my house a few hours after I contacted him. He and his team were able to install my new furnace the following day. They worked until 9 pm to finish the job so that I could have heat in my home. I had
been without heat for 3 days as I obtained quotes from other companies. Darren gave me the confidence that he would do the best job at the fairest price and he did.
He explained what he was doing every step of the way and even did some extra piping and electrical work so that the installation of my new water heater the following day would go smoothly. The installers of my
water heater told me they would have had to charge me for the work that Darren did so a special thanks to him for anticipationing this.
