I experienced unprofessional customer management from the owner on down and unprofessional service throughout. They required 12 (TWELVE) visits to fix an issue on a unit they installed in my home! I experienced (and documented) inexperienced service technician visits, confrontational management, and repeated unfulfilled promises of remedying the situation. Do not use Novelcare.

Kyle, we apologize that you had a bad experience with Novel Care. Unfortunately the American standard unit was defective from the manufacturer. As well we were not able to replace the entire unit as we recommended due to modifications you made around the unit after the initial installation. We did our best to replace internal components in the unit until the issue was resolved with no charge to you. Again we would like to apologize for your experience.
