Novel Care always looks after us. The service and customer care they provide is outstanding. We purchased a new Combi Boiler after Daren the sales rep came to the house and spent quite a bit of time with us explaining all the options available. Nick and Peter the installation techs were wonderful. They showed up on time, put down floor protection and went to work. After the install, Nick went over all the details of the new Boiler. Working with Novel Care has been stress free, all their employees are professional, knowledgeable and customer friendly. Above all, their price are more reasonable in compare to other companies.
