The whole team showed care and concern (and action) for my emergency. I immediately felt like I was in good hands. They were organized and on top of the solution, and had the personnel to get the job done right away. The office staff, repair tech, then the salesman, and eventually Ryan & Andrew who installed the shiny new combi boiler + Ductless AC were calm, pleasant, attentive and thorough. With all the options I was given, I feel I got a good deal, too. Highly recommend.

Very clean, polite and professional technician. Price was very reasonable. Novel care reps showed up ready to work with knee pads on and tools in hand. No need for him to go buy parts because he already had everything that they needed in there van. Best HVAC service/price I have ever had.

We have contracted Novel Care on 3 different jobs throughout the month of February, very knowledgeable and ready to answer all concerns. Quickly followed up after with a visit to inspect and address any issues(none). First was a new install done by Alex and Ryan second was a maintenance done by Jordan of older equipment previous installed by a company.

All visits were preceded by a phonecall in the appointed window time giving ample time to secure pets. During the full day job doors were always double checked by the workers in and out, even gave us a window of quiet to feed very picky dogs at their usual time.

All work done with a sense of pride.

Highly recommend. Support the local company, the provincial/national company can't match the quality/reliability/professionalism.

We would like to thanks Alan from Novel Care for helping us select our new Boiler and ductless air conditioner. We would also like to thank Shwen and Andrew for the amazing job they did installing them. We will definitely use Novel care,Very knowledgeable and caring employees.

Had an awesome time today.. had our Ductless heat pum, air conditioning system installed by two of the most polite and courteous people I have met in a long time. They were very studious when it came to preparing before they did the install, floors were well protected, they were not bothered by all of our questions and made sure that we were totally understanding what was being done and what we were to do afterwards.. best choice ever. Had to replace a 38 year old boiler on short notice, Alan came and gave us the options and Hameed and Andrew came a day later and did a fantastic job removing the old system and installing the new Boler . Top quality work, very personable and thorough.

We Just acquired a heat pump Ductless system from Novel care. Amazingly, not only did they come out very quickly, but were able to do the install very shortly thereafter. The installers were thorough, knowledgeable, friendly, and maintained a clean working space. The administrative person researched and found us a rebate as well! Details, such as covering up the wiring on the wall and putting the outside unit on a stand to keep it up off the ground were really appreciated. We have seen other installs by other companies that were not this well done. We are very satisfied!

Novel care sales man promised me he would treat me like I was his Mom, and he did just that!!! I love working with companies who have integrity and "walk the talk" in performing customer service! I have already bookmarked my calendar to get a check up on the boiler in the next Fall as suggested! You are a great company and I really appreciate your kindness and service!

To cut the long story short:
1. Boiler stopped working.
2. Called 5 guys.
3. Did not get an appointment with Novel care.
5. Got an appointment with another one.
6. Number 5 ? didn't show up
7. Surprisingly, Sean from Number 3 did?
8. Although boiler re-started on its own last night, Sean thoroughly checked the issues and did his thing.
9. Nice work, nice smile, nice guy.
10. What more can I ask for???
