We had Novel Care come and install our new Ductless heat pump system last week, The installers were very professional and efficient. They really know what they are doing. Arrived on time and finished early. The price we were quoted was the price we paid. I would highly recommend Novel Care , Well done !!

Andrew and Ryan replaced my Combi boiler and I am totally pleased with the job they did. Both men were polite, friendly and efficient. They both took the time to explain the procedure along the way so I knew what to expect. The cost was what I had been quoted...no extra fees. Sean & Julies did the install. They were very punctual and got right to work. They didn’t stop until the job was completed. They were meticulous about every detail, and about keeping the site tidy. Both were very skilled, hard workers that were also very professional and friendly. When they were finished, they reviewed everything with us and gave us great maintenance tips. They have fantastic customer service - always working with the customer to get things right and help you as quickly as possible, even with this bitter winter when they were probably swamped they still made sure to have a tech. there ASAP. We have depended on Novel care for years at both our own home and a rental property and they do not disappoint.

Amazingly positive experience using novel care to install ductless air conditioning. From the initial sales call to the installation. Alan the sales representative was very knowledgable, kind and helpful. He answered all my questions and explained everything thoroughly. Shwn the installer was extremely intelligent, efficient, and did a phenomenal job. He actually left my furnace room looking better than before he got there. I can't help thinking how lucky I was to have him do this installation. I would highly recommend this company, and they will definitely be mine and my friends and family's first choice in the future. This was a stress free experience. The estimator made an appointment... showed up on time and explained all of my options fully.

On install day the installers showed up on time and installed the our ductless system as described.

In a world where we are constantly inundated with flyers or calls it can be a real challenge to figure out who is good at what. I am so glad that my search put me in contact with Novel Care . My business partner but me in contact with Alan at novelcare. Alan personally contacted me and was able to expertly assess my needs. I knew that my boiler needed a service but was unsure about the need for a cleaning. Alan suggested to schedule the service and the technician would assess if the system needed a cleaning, which we could then schedule at a future date.
Christian was my technician. He arrived at my home on time, was friendly and promptly got to work. He was able to answer all the questions that I had. At the completion of his work he walked me through what he had done and went through what needed to be adjusted. We talked a lot about boiler cleaning and how most systems don't actually need cleanings, but rather these are ofter ploys to get people to spend their money. I really appreciated his honesty and candor. I was willing to pay for a cleaning but he point blank said I didn't need one.
As a realtor, I am always looking for great service providers to recommend to my clients. As a homeowner I am looking for great, knowledgeable service. Moving forward I am happy to recommend NovelCare to my clients, friends and family.

I had NovelCare out a few weeks ago to upgrade to a high efficiency furnace. Alan came out within a few hours of calling to get a quote and had an install date soon after. Sean and Ryan showed up for the install, they were fast and friendly. I appreciate their hard work and quality installation. I will use Novel care in the future and highly recommended.

My furnace blower quit Last wrek. Sean showed up the same day and figured out what was wrong. Sean explained my options. We determined that replacing the furnace was the right thing to do. Installers showed up the next day on time, installed the furnace and cleaned up afterwards. Great friendly service!
