Very good customer service, did not pressure us to buy but were there to answer any questions. I also like the ongoing service after our purchase such as testing the water and helping us improve our hot tub experience.

I have an older A/C unit that wasn't providing cold air. Upon investigation by The Comfort Shoppe, the problem was a bad relay contact. I felt The Comfort Shoppe had my best interests in mind, whereby they didn't attempt to pressure me into buying another A/C unit (I found this to be the case when resourcing other HVAC companies for the repair). "Jake" the Comfort Shoppe technician quickly diagnosed the problem, assessed the age of the A/C unit and gave me encouragement that the unit was still healthy and could be repaired at a very reasonable cost.

Courteous, knowledgeable and Proficient Customer Service is a priority with The Comfort Shoppe. The installers were friendly and quite efficient. The guys installed my new fireplace in no time at all and other than a beautiful fireplace they left no trace of ever being here. From my initial contact with Glen at The Comfort Shoppe to the finish of my install I was and am extremely pleased with the service. I highly recommend Glen and his crew!!!

Awesome customer service from initial call right up to installation. The installers were courteous, knowledgeable and professional: My small kids even loved them!

The price was fair and reasonable. I had booked my installation for a week after the initial consult. I got a phone call the next day saying they had time to do it that day! The job was clean and the A/C worked perfect right from the beginning. Great company to deal with especially if you want a Lennox unit.

I thought the service was pretty prompt and I was readily attended to. I did shop around and the ComfortShoppe matched the competition's price. Also I had a humidifier installed.

I felt that the guys who came to install the unit communicated well and we're through. They left no mess.

Overall I am pleased with the service.

The installation was good. The preparation was done by us as we wanted the fire flush to the wall and off the floor so a box was made by us before the installers arrived. The help we had at the showroom was excellent. Ray explained everything to us beforehand and the fireplace looks really good and will heat our big basement this winter if we have another bad winter like last year. I would recommend this company. They were recommended to us and we are happy with the customer care.

I was very impressed with the whole experience. The men came on time to do the installation. They were courteous and friendly. The did an excellent job installing the air conditioner. They were carefully on the carpets and they cleaned everything up in the basement. Before they left Jared took time to explain how the system worked and what to do with it when winter came. Very satisfied with Comfort Shoppe.

I had 18-20% humidity in the house. I called the comfort Shoppe, and the woman who answered the phone recommended a Lennox Humidifier. The install was quick, the guy who came had a different name tag than the comfort shoppe Logo (it was sub contracted out). The guy left a mess for me to clean up. As it turned out the humidifier didn't work. I called them 25days after the install and they said " there is nothing we did, you might have installed an undersized unit". Funny since they are the ones that sold it to me. Then they had me trouble shoot it myself, with some one instructing me what to do over the phone. If I was a licence HVAC technician I would not have called them. Ridiculous!! Then they finally sent someone out to take a look 2 months later. He checked everything out and said, there is definitely a problem with the furnace pressures but I dont know why. He poke a lot of holes checking pressure and temperatures, had his laptop out playing with the numbers, couldn't figure it out and left. He didnt patch any of the holes he made. I have heard from him since. This is the worst service I have ever had. The best part is, I was in the market for an A/C unit. They quoted me $3600, and were more concerned with booking me an appointment for the A/C, rather than fixing my Humidifier. So to this day, my humidifier still doesnt work (hard to tell exactly since its humid out) and My A/C was installed for $2000 by the furnace room. Nice guys!!

I was heating with an electric furnace and a heat pump. With the high cost of electricity and the severity of the winter I decided it was time to replace with a high efficiency gas furnace and rather than use the 14 year old heat pump as an air conditioner replace that as well. The Comfort Shoppe had installed and serviced the old system, always to my satisfaction so I called Glenn for his recommendation and a quote which I accepted. The installation people were very professional and efficient and, if anything, left the work area cleaner than when they started. I was given complete instructions on the operation of the system and assistance in registering the product. Since it has remained quite cool heating has been required. The new furnace has maintained a constant temperature throughout the house and is so quiet in operation I am not aware when it is operating. Thank you Glenn and the Comfort Shoppe people. I couldn't be more satisfied.

It was a concern of mine to find a community based reputable dealer who could sell me a good quality furnace at a reasonable cost and provide a good maintenance service contract. “The Comfort Shoppe” without a doubt was my choice. I purchased two furnaces, one for my primary resident the other for my rental unit. Not only did they meet my expectations, but also provided suggestions to improve the efficiency of my rental unit’s heating duct system. I found the owner and staff were well informed and happy to answer any my questions. Any concerns were put to rest when I realized that The Comfort Shoppe works very close with its line of furnace manufacturers. When digging deeper into their policies, “The Comfort Shoppe” has a 24 hr. service for anyone in need of a service call, their own customers benefit from a ten-year limited warranty parts and labor conditional to an annual maintenance contract. In conclusion, their furnaces are not installed by outside contractors but to my satisfaction by Comfort Shoppe HVAC techs. To “The Comfort Shoppe” thank-you for a tremendous job well done!
