Meh. Replaced my broken opener. They replaced it with a garage door opener from Home Depot. I was sorta hoping for something higher end, especially for the price paid. They even had the gall to write "Free wireless keypad" on the invoice even thought the keypad is included in the set. I wasn't home at the time or else I probably would've told them to take a hike. I also need the garage door replaced but I'm afraid they'll put one on from Rona or something...

My HW tank finally stopped working reliably, got PTP to put in a new one. First off, they use Rheem tanks which are a top of the line brand and come with a ten year warranty. Installer came on time, promptly replaced my old one, also fixed a leak from a repair I made a while back very quickly. Price was extremely reasonable, sure seems to be very fair compared to some other plumbing companies that I have called for quotes.

Had them come in to put in a new dining room light fixture, a receptacle in the kitchen island and install a ceiling fan in an upstairs bedroom. Chad came on time, was friendly, knowledgeable - he knew that the kitchen receptacle needed its own circuit (every other place I contacted wanted to put it on an existing circuit - this is NOT CODE!), and also brought up the issue of getting a permit - again, everybody else I contacted said that one was absolutely not necessary. The two electricians that arrived knew exactly what they were doing, the wiring for the kitchen island was installed very professionally, braced down properly where needed according to code, the fan was braced properly and they put in new three-way wiring for the wall control switch. Very, very pleased with their service, I would totally use them again and recommend them to others.
