For the second straight year in a row they have come to maintain our on-demand hot water heater and have not correctly completed the job. They don't return calls and still are supposed to come and complete the job but haven't weeks after they said they were returning. We only call them because the unit is under warrantee. Otherwise I would never use them for any reason. After last year's 'repair' the unit leaked all the time. Now the pipe is sealed but there is no way to appropriately use the release valve if needed! We need this fixed!

My story starts in 2008 when Air Solutions installed a new furnace for us. We were ok although when our annual Maintenance would be done we never knew who to expect as they used contractors. On Jan 6 this year It stopped working after having a routine annual check in October 2017.

It was very cold at-29and when I called I got a voice message at 1pm telling me some one would call me back shortly. To date I have never heard from anyone. Thank goodness I remembered using Rodman’s Heating in the past. They were will to send some one right away and showed up within 1 hour of my call.

We replaced the 8 year old furnace supplied by Air Solutions due to the fact they had never registered the warranty for parts. Even though it is clearly marked on my Bill of Sales 10 years parts and Labour warranty. To fix the furnace was over half the cost of the new one.

The work they had done installing my furnace in 2008 most of it had to be reconfigured. An expensive lesson to learn but so happy that Rodman’s took such good care of us.

We had two other companies offering to replace our A/C or repair for thousands of dollars. They fixed our A/C for less than $100 and were super nice. Highly recommend Air solutions.

I have gone to them for years without any problems. Although there were some problems with scheduling this year, they completed my work free of charge for the inconvenience. Overall, this company has been great and I highly recommend.

I couldn’t find a single company to come to my house after 8 pm when my furnace broke down. Air Solutions answered my call and dispatched a technician within an hour. The next day, I decided to have them replace the whole system. The installation went very smoothly...The technicians were polite, clean and informative. Strongly recommend Air Solutions

My Parents had a furnace installed by Air solutions. They came last year and serviced it as well as a tankless hot water heater and an AC unit.
Air solutions said the electric air filter was not working, They removed it to fix it. Charged my parents 150 for a filter to replace it (not electric). The 1200 dollar electronic filter didn't come back. Air Solutions did call shortly after they removed it and said it will be in soon and we are coming to put it in but never showed up. Here we are a year later. I placed a call to air solutions last Friday, John wouldn't tell me where his business is located. You cannot call this business and get an answer he always has to return the call. The only way he would begin to fix the problem is if we book another service so he can see what we are talking about. So in other words charge my parents who are 78 and 82 another 360 bucks. I gave him one week to have the filter returned or a cheque for 1200 dollars to my parents by Friday November 15 or I was going to call the police. I have called the police and filed a report, the saga will continue until my parents are reimbursed. Never have this company in your home.

Air Solutions installed a Tankless Hot Water Heater with the relief valve backwards. They needed to put a cheap piece of pipe between the unit and the relief valve, because the threading was wrong (this should have been the first clue that they were installing the valve backwards). The pipe rusted out, flooding my basement. A competent installer would not make this mistake. I would never let these guys back inside my house.

I had a furnace and AC installed. The AC had a refrigerant leak right from the start. They sent people over who basically just topped up the refrigerant. The technicians didn't even have a refrigerant sniffer to find the leak. The third summer they started missing appointments to look at the problem and just started wasting more of my time. They have been by 6 times since the install and topped up the AC each time. After dealing with this for so long I had to get someone from another company over to find the leak...he found it in about 15 minutes with a refrigerant sniffer. I called Air Solutions/Kair Energy to tell them where the problem was and all they kept telling me is they would call me back(they never did). So I was stuck with a $1000 repair from a different company who informed me that it was a terrible install as well. My advice would be to avoid this company as they do not honor their warranty.

It took awhile to get the AC fixed. Thank god for good, honest employees who care, or it may not have been fixed today. Would have been much better if it had been fixed prior to the heat wave. Thanks for going above and beyond Justin!

I wouldn't recommend this company to anybody.
I purchase a furnace 3 years ago and so far needed to be fixed 3 times already.
Last time we had a problem with the furnace we phone the company they said someone will come the same day,nobody showed up at my house.
I phone the office the next day and nobody seems to know anything about it.
I get the guy to come and do the service on the service on my furnace and he notice that something was installed wrong when furnace was installed,I make the first appointment and nobody shows up at my house,i make another appointment and again nobody shows up to fix the problem,unbaliveble.
Leaves me no option but I have to fill a formal complain agains this company enough is enough .
