I wouldn't recommend this company to anybody. I purchase a furnace 3 years ago and so far needed to be fixed 3 times already. Last time we had a problem with the furnace we phone the company they said someone will come the same day,nobody showed up at my house. I phone the office the next day and nobody seems to know anything about it. I get the guy to come and do the service on the service on my furnace and he notice that something was installed wrong when furnace was installed,I make the first appointment and nobody shows up at my house,i make another appointment and again nobody shows up to fix the problem,unbaliveble. Leaves me no option but I have to fill a formal complain agains this company enough is enough .
