My wife and I were looking for some significant improvements in the look and design of our driveway and steps.

It is a difficult decision to choose from a variety of concrete products out in the market today especially when you get quotes ranging from $500 - $1500 - $2500 (for e.g.) for the same job.

Patterned Concrete is probably at the top of their game. The entire team starting from Marketing, Design, Construction and Customer Service gives you a sense of security that your decision to choose them was right and I am happy to say that I feel the same way.

Tom, Yosef, Dino, Peter, Susy and the entire construction crew are truly efficient, organized and experts at what they know and do when it comes to concrete work. Our project started and completed within the estimated time frame. The work speaks for itself. Needless to say, many compliments have poured in from around my neighbourhood. From the very first visit to the weeks after our concrete project, Patterned Concrete has been nothing but an absolute pleasure to work with. The knowledge, professionalism, and ability to support their customers through massive projects like concrete work is the heart of this company. I not only wanted to find a company who delivered beautiful landscaped concrete but i wanted a company who treated their customers with respect and honesty, and Patterned Concrete was the company. I have become the envy of my neighborhood and i have people ringing my doorbell at all hours of the day asking for the company's contact because the "concrete work is stunning". Dino, Susy and the entire staff made sure all of my questions and concerns were answered and delivered with honesty and care. It is rare to find individuals who know their product like the back of their hand and people who you can trust your time and home with. Patterned Concrete are the people to deal with and i would recommend them to anyone, even my own family members. I will surly be contacting Patterned Concrete for future projects because they are the Rolls-Royce in the industry. Workamship fine. Colour absolutely not what you pick from the samples. Nothing close to what we chose. Pictures of our sample picked and the finished product were given to the Company. They advised their samples could not be relied upon as they were 7 years old. Not too many customers are willing to wait 7 years to get the colour they pick !! Buyer beware. We picked the colour to match the natural stone at our front door and are stuck with a "cream" patio and "a generous" offer of a whopping 25% off our first seal. Money was not the issue at all - all we wanted was the patio that we ordered and not one that looks like The Man From Glad (light cream) layed it. We were constantly in touch with PCM from the dying of the concrete till the end as we knew it was wrong but their response was always the same - "wait till it is sealed". We did. It was worse. I recommended them at the beginning (pre-dying) to a few neighbours and work associates. I subsequently had to withdraw my recommendations based on the outcome. I would not recommend them in future.

We had a great experience with Patterned Concrete. The team always came on time according to schedule. They started and completed the project on time. The crew was very polite throughout the whole process and answered any questions we had. They were professional and prompt in returning our calls and emails. The end result was beautiful and we would definitely recommend Patterned Concrete.

Mario and Susy were great! Lots of information, and they answered all my questions. The team showed up according to schedule and the end result WAS beautiful.
Unfortunately, there was a chip and several cracks the first year...and more cracks the second year. Some of the cracks are 75 inches long.
Luca - the Service Manager has reinforced that the warranty doesn't cover cracks, and after the first year (which he will do for free), the minimum charge is $160 + hst.

I'm not sure what the warranty covers.

I'd never invest in this type of patio again.

Excellent service from start to finish. Very knowledgeable sales staff, made recommendations on design and price was competitive. Once the contract was signed, we met quickly with the design team, we made modifications as needed, then met Susy, where she carefully explained the project and all the steps. The project was completed on schedule, the various crews were polite, helpful and competent. We asked for a minor adjustment during construction and Dino and team quickly accommodated our request. Very happy with the work, very highly recommended.

After looking at many stamped concrete pathways and driveways in my neighborhood, I was most impressed with the jobs Patterned Concrete had done. I was pleasantly surprised that their quote was very competitive with other contractors and their no charge 5 year warranty was a big plus in their favour.

We had a pathway and driveway done. Their level of professionalism in design, presentation, promptness in returning our calls and emails and getting the job done on time were outstanding. They made many helpful design suggestions which were most appreciated .

I had a very good experience with Patterned Concrete, The pricing was competitive, the people were very good to deal with. The installers were polite and friendly, they always showed up when they promised and my walkway looks great. I would highly recommend this company.

Patterned Concrete has done my walkway in April. Their work is professional and each detail to the walkway was done fine and under good care. All procedures were on schedule. All my questions were answered immediately through e-mail and I really appreciated it.
