An assisted review is collected by a contractor on behalf of the homeowner after their work is completed. The homeowner must confirm the text of the review and may make any changes she or he deems appropriate. The homeowner then assigns the contractor a review score out of 10. Assisted reviews receive the same scrutiny as other reviews and must follow our review guidelines.
After looking at many stamped concrete pathways and driveways in my neighborhood, I was most impressed with the jobs Patterned Concrete had done. I was pleasantly surprised that their quote was very competitive with other contractors and their no charge 5 year warranty was a big plus in their favour. We had a pathway and driveway done. Their level of professionalism in design, presentation, promptness in returning our calls and emails and getting the job done on time were outstanding. They made many helpful design suggestions which were most appreciated . Based on my experience, I would highly recommend them.
