I spent a lot of time investigating various alternatives to redo my front driveway, walkway, porch and backyard. I was leaning towards stones as they look nice but the problem I foresaw was that the stone move/sink, sometimes soon after one winter. Then I noticed the conctrete work done by my neighbour. My investigation revealed that not only that it was looking good but also durable. My neighbour recommended Patterned Concrete, who did their job. During my investigation one person told me that his concrete was still good even after ten years. I therefore called them last winter to discuss the project. I felt comfortable and signed the contract. Before starting the job I had a detailed meeting in their office to discuss and choose, one of the drawings, colour of the concrete and pattern. They started the project as promised in the middle of April. The job was done within three weeks. There were number of stages till completion and noticed that their crew assigned for each step was professional, well trained and knew the stuff. It was a pleasure dealing with them.

Now that it is completed, it appears great and I am happy that I made the right decision.

We have not met however I feel I know you through the experience I have had dealing with many of the employees in your organization. You have clearly developed an extremely customer focused culture in your organization. You have also hired extremely skilled individuals that know what they are doing and go about their job in a very efficient and thoughtful manner.
Patterned Concrete's process is organized and precise. From the initial meeting and quote with Tom, to the design process with Yosef and Suzie everyone was pleasant and professional to deal with even as we made design changes. The work schedule provided was an excellent road map of exactly how the process would unfold. In fact, your company may very well be the best organized contractor service I have ever dealt with. Given that your organization has to adjust around weather conditions, the process was very smooth. I was continuously consulting the schedule and always was aware exactly where we were on the project. Ellio (a true master of a mini excavator) started his excavation on Sept. 29 and sealing was complete on Oct. 22
I was very impressed with your forming carpenter, Joseph who went about his work with precision and was not bothered by my questions throughout his work. I am convinced that this level of attention to the structure is a key to producing a great concrete job. I was also extremely impressed how Dino stepped in to offer his insights when he recognized that the initial layout would have to be adjusted to ensure structural integrity. Ryan and his grading/rebar crew and Carlos leading the pouring crew worked hard and focused to get the job done as quickly as possible.
I was pleased to see Luke prepared to work on a Saturday to complete the parging. Speaking with him I could see how much pride he takes in doing the best job possible on the vertical stamping. In addition the key clean-up was performed as promised and the clean-up crew did a wonderful and complete job. The sealing was complicated by rain however as soon as it was clear your guys were here. The final product is beautiful and certainly exceeds my expectations. In summary, as a former President myself , I know how difficult it is to hire the right employees and develop a truly customer focused organization. You have achieved this and I congratulate you for this. Please pass on my sincere thanks to all those involved in my project. Patterned Concrete poured and stamped the concrete on our drive and patio over 10 years ago. We have them power wash and seal every 2 years. This year they had to come and repair damage to our concrete done by our neighbor's construction. The cement was chipped and a repair was attempted by our neighbor's contractor. Patterned concrete came to rescue and restore it to its former glory. The service was top notch. Only Pattern Concrete knows the fine art of stamped concrete. There is lots of imitators out there, Patterned Concrete has never disappointed. A big thank you to Connie and Carlos!

I recently built a new house & dealt with over 50 contractors during the process. Patterned Concrete Mississauga is by far a Top 5% contractor. They are very professional, organized, & provide a very high product quality & service. We completed a large project to pour patterned concrete for a new patio, walkway (both sides of house), and curbs for our circular driveway. This company is impressive on all fronts. They return calls/emails in a timely fashion, provide CAD drawings that you agree on before the work gets started, resolve issues quickly, and their people (every one of them) throughout the process were pleasant, professional, knowledgeable, and flexible. Tom is the sales rep we dealt with and he won our business with his prompt & knowledgeable responses to our questions. Susy handled the design & administration and is on top of everything. And Dino was the production foreman and made sure everything was done according to plan. Even the washing & sealing crew did a wonderful job.

Overall, I highly recommend this company. You are getting quality & value for your money.

We know the grade of the property was a serious challenge but the guys hung in there! The grading turned out perfectly, as it was tested recently with a major downpour and only a negligible amount of water came into the garage. The parging along all edges looks manufactured, Jerome is an artist with that stuff! We really appreciate the extras without charge, like the generator pad and extra curves.

The crews were extremely professional, but Susy, you know guys, they hate picking up after themselves ;) We hope you are much appreciated at Patterned Concrete for your management skills, excellent scheduling and superb customer service. The projects just wouldn't happen without you, you would be impossible to replace! Our neighbour Frank informed us that the big boss was on site working the day of the pour, and that is very reassuring to know he cares about each project.

It is very rare to find a company as near perfect as Patterned Concrete Mississauga. Angelo and I spend a lot of time with tradespeople in our work and when building our home, and we can think of only one other, that was as professional, thoughtful of their workmanship and concerned about building and maintaining their reputation, as Patterned Concrete.

Patterned Concrete Mississauga is a very professional firm that pays attention to detail and works very hard to keep their clients advised throughout the whole construction process . It is a form of superior customer service with which we are very impressed.

They did an absolutely stunning job on our driveway, walkways around the house and steps, as well as, a fabulous patio area with a "nook" for our BBQ. From the design process right through until the final touches, we have nothing but admiration for this firm. The quality of the product is obvious right away and we had many neighbours complimenting their work while it was still "under construction".

This firm uses "rebar" before the cement process which is something rare in the home reno field . The finished product is absolutley beautiful and comes with a warranty.

The project manager, Dino, worked hard to make sure we were happy with everything. Thank you to all the PCM staff all for making a "big job" manageable and being available 24/7 (which is way above the call of duty) and always being cheerful.
