Patterned Concrete is probably the most professional company we have ever hired to do work for us. They did everything they told us they would do and did it on time. They were extremely helpful in the design and selection process; and when on site took the time to explain what they were doing. Property clean up was done at each stage and at the end of the project. Look forward to calling them next year to do additional work for us. You can't go wrong with this company

Over the past 14 years we have had 3 projects that Patterned Concrete has designed and completed for us. Prior to us contracting the work to Patterned, we have always admired their work, but thought a little too pricy. However after doing our home work in comparing contractors, we quickly realized you get what you pay for. Our most recent project, we did not even shop around, due the great success of the first 2 projects. From the design phase, to the actual construction and final product, we were pleased with the outcome. Any concerns, or questions along the way, they were dealt with immediately.

From our first meeting with Tom who measured, discussed options, priced, and scheduled the work... this company met or beat each one of their scheduled timelines with the quality of work that they assured us they would deliver. They were a well-equipped, specialized team that proved they knew what they were doing at each and every step of the project. They provided a detailed list of addresses for previously completed jobs that we took the time to look at prior to committing. It also helped us choose precisely the look that we wanted. I know what it's like to choose a contractor and then hope that they meet their promises. These guys were scored highly on Home Stars and I'm pleased to be able to add an equally high recommendation for anyone looking to have similar work done. We're pleased with the result and pleased with the compliments we've received from friends and neighbours.

We contracted Patterned Concrete to replace our front porch, steps and walkway with a custom designed, concrete surface. The entire project was completed on schedule, on budget, with no issues. From the initial design session to the final cleanup step, Patterned Concrete staff were helpful, professional and courteous. We are pleased with the results and highly recommend their work.

We were very pleased with the installation of our new walkway. Beginning from the planning and designing stage to the completion of the work, we felt that the staff at Patterned Concrete made sure that we would be pleased with the end product. After checking a few other companies that profess to do Patterned Concrete we found that most were not able to show us much work that they had done recently which caused some concern since this was going to be a large and lasting project for us. Checking on the Internet we came up with Patterned Concrete and visited their office.

We were met by Susy who took a lot of time to patiently explain their process - showed us many examples of their work - gave us an extensive list of completed jobs that we could go and see. We did visit a few in our area and were impressed with the finished product which helped us decide to go with Patterned Concrete.

They also had some samples of the patterns and colours at the showroom which was most helpful.

Also, we liked the fact that they had their own designer who came and worked with us at our home to try and come up with a design that met our vision and using their extensive experience doing this kind of work they also pointed out some improvements that could be made and some things to avoid to produce a pleasing outcome. The design offered was subject to our final approval and we were free to make adjustments.

During construction which was done by dedicated crews for each stage of the work we found all the workers eager to make sure that the work was carefully done and they paid attention to all the small details that make a better looking finished project and they patiently explained the work they were doing and listened to any concerns we had.

As a matter of fact when the forms for the concrete were being constructed we became aware that although the design on paper looked okay when the work started there was a minor area that we thought should be changed. The Construction Manager came to the house and immediately made a minor change that satisfied our concerns but did not materially affect the overall design.

As far a pricing goes - we had a contractor that said they would beat anybody's price by 10% but that didn't sound reasonable to us as to how this could be done without taking shortcuts or not spending the time necessary to attend to all the little details, that not done carefully, can otherwise can ruin the final appearance.

They say you only get what you pay for and while this is not always true we believe that we got our moneys worth on this job by dealing with the Professionals at Patterned Concrete. We would highly recommend and also commend Patterned Concrete and all their talented and hard working employees for their efforts to produce high quality work.

We are very pleased with the work Patterned Concrete did on our driveway and veranda. The end product is beautiful. We have received endless compliments from neighbours, friends and family. People walking or driving by stop to admire. Patterned Concrete is an extremely well organized, efficient and reliable company. This was displayed from start to finish of our construction project. Their professionalism and knowledge of their work is outstanding. The entire team involved was courteous, helpful, pleasant, reassuring and accommodating. The work began and was completed as scheduled. Any concerns, questions or issues we expressed, whether by e-mail or phone, were answered quickly. When modifications had to be made to the original design, we were reassured with a detailed explanation why the changes were necessary and that it would look better than the original. Being the experts that they are, they were right. The finished result looks wonderful. The various work crew were friendly, skillful and very competent in their specific stage of the process. My husband and I would like to thank you for the service call that we received on July 30th, 2015. We would like to acknowledge what a wonderful job that Dan (Danny) did. He repaired the cracks and re-sealed the patterned concrete beautifully. He is an excellent worker and very pleasant to interact with.
