Vincent and his team were very professional from start to finish. His installers worked very well with each other. Everyone knew what their job was. It was almost like watching a well choreographed ballet in motion.

Great pricing but make sure you understand what their warranty really covers. I had repairs that were to be covered under warranty and struggled to get the repair people out the second time (over 1 year after installation). But after posting a review I got it resolved quickly.

We decided to replace the existing dark carpet with a lighter color LVP and the final product turns out really great. Great service and top notch installers! The workers helped vacuum the work area and do all the cuttings outside the house which is nice. Jensen was our sales person and due to some manufacturer hiccups, he continues to follow up and making sure the job was completed in a timely manner. Thank you Maple Leaf Team.

We needed to replace our carpeting in our finished basement and 3 upstairs bedrooms. Great experience with Maple Leaf Flooring. Vincent helped us with our choice of carpeting and installer Aji did a great job. The price was significantly less than the big box, orange sign store with better carpet as well.

Maple leaf flooring team were professional and their invoice did not put us under any financial pressure during our main building floors reno. We were at the store sometimes last year 2019 to look at carpet samples during our basement development and Jensen was extremely patient and helpful in our selection. The installation went smoothly (Installer was very professional and detailed) and we love the way our floors look after the new carpet installation. We do not have any iota of regret after the installation and we will always patronise them in our next reno phase.

They did a nice job. Trades were reliable and fast, completed in a couple of days and they took all the trash away. I'll use them again, and I've used them before.

Maple Leaf Flooring recently supplied materials and installed new LVT, (luxury Vinyl Tile), in our home main floor level, i.e.; the entrance area, the hallway to, and including the laundry room, the main level bathroom, and the complete kitchen. We chose a linoleum floor covering for the ensuite bath area from Maple Leaf as well, and that was also installed.

We split our home main level project in to two phases and Maple Leaf also supplied materials which we now have in storage for the den / office to be completed once the den is soon repainted. Because we wanted to ensure the identical tile color and pattern, Maple Leaf advised that since the hallway tile will flow through in to the den, it was recommended we bulk order our tile.

To complete the phase two, main level upgrade, Maple Leaf will assist us with the material / color selection, and then install a new master bedroom carpet.

Maple Leaf Flooring’s, customer contact, Jensen, was extremely helpful throughout the whole process from material selection to installation. Home renovation work is an area of expertise we are not very familiar with and naturally had many questions for Jensen to answer. Jenson went out of his way to completely inform and educate us such that we had complete confidence our finished project would fulfill our expectations. Lastly, to ensure the products Maple Leaf supplied were installed professionally, the tradesman who worked on our job did great work!

Based on our experience, we have no hesitation recommending Maple Leaf Flooring services.

Did a great job on my basement stairs. Good product, very fast installation and a pleasure to deal with. Would highly recommend them for any flooring project and will definitely use them again.
