I needed my deck built before a family wedding event and nabeel was recommended by a family friend. While I was nervous about the size of the project, nabeel put me at ease with his knowledge in the field. He helped me decide on the perfect size that would reduce material waste, and after the deck was done he helped replace my old damaged fence. He went above and beyond what I expected, and kept it all on schedule

I've run into a lot of trouble with renovations in the past and some bad experiences with contractors.

But in the future I know I won't have those issues because I can always call Nabeel, him and his staff will take care of it on time and I won't have to ever worry about the quality

Nabeel and his team showed up on time everyday with a great attiude and ready for work. His level of experience was shown in the final product of qulity and craftsmanship. I've had contractors in the past that wouldn't show up on time, some days not show up all. It's always stressful dealing with any construction or renovation at the home you're living in, Nabeel made the process very easy to deal with and had the entire job done before I knew it.

Nabeel met all my must haves in terms of customization of my deck, patio and installed a brand new fence on one side of property.

Nabeel is a very pleasant and accommodating person to deal with. The quality of his workmanship is excellent and he does deliver what he has contracted. His price is fair - not the most expensive, not the most ecconomical. No extras charged. He even does some tasks not charged. Very clean at the end of the job. No deficiencies. The only negative - and maybe due to COVID - was his scheduled. He was totally off from what agreed and also his working schedule was unconventional. If you are not in a hurry, I totally reccomend him

ND was very pleasant to work with. I received the estimate the same day and the work done 2 weeks later. There was consist communication between ND and myself, which I loved. Final product was perfect!

Job was very simple only 46 foot of board fence. Nabeel did not achieve the 4 day delivery date as contracted. Work was poorly supervised and had to be redone on several sections of fence. Board spacing was inconsistent done by eye rather than by jig. Tried really hard but was 3 days late. As a result Implemented the penalty clause that was agreed to.
