Excellent customer service. Gentlemen who came went over and above and very patient since an older home and alot of sharp corners. Would highly recommend Pirie s and prices are decent also, Thank you again for doing an awesome job!

Once again, Pirie Appliances came through for me. My dryer, which was about 4 years old (purchased from another supplier) was making a clunking sound. The service man, Mark, arrived at the exact time promised, and, within minutes found the problem (somehow a piece of metal became lodged close to the fan). He rectified it, cleaned the lint out and he was in and out within one half hour. The only charge - the service call. What a relief! Prompt, efficient service and complete courteousness was all there. Thank you Pirie Appliances for another job done well and great staff members!

We had some issues with this company in the beginning; however, the management of the company and me managed to work out a mutually acceptable solution. At this point, I would consider myself a satisfied customer of this company!

My tenant had a problem with the oven in her gas stove. It was not warming past 180 degrees. (F). At my suggestion she contacted Pirie Appliances to assess the problem and fix it. Nothing was done on the first visit except order over $200 worth of parts (that the tech was not even sure would solve the problem). He also suggested that the stove should be replaced. It was barely 4 years old!!! The parts were delivered by a technician but still no go to fix it. This has been going on for over 2 months. Guess what? We replaced the stove! Pirie's can come get their parts but should not ever expect to be paid. They did absolutely nothing. My only recommendation to others concerning Pirie's is to avoid them.

the service was good, customer service great. the product have a garanty. I will recommend to a friend and family members. The appliances repairs are very satisfactory. It's perfect I love it

This business must have been build on ripping customer off, first the appliances priced higher then any were else ,second I have called to see if a wash machine can be fixed and they said oh yea we fix any machine ,and when I dropped off the machine at the store they said yea no problem will check it out and let you know the cost ,I had to sign on my receipt and a deposit of 25.00 which will be deducted from the total cost ,the next day I receive a call to say no we can't fix it because we can't get parts for it ,which is fine I understand ,I went to pick it up the next day ,they said we have to charge you 25.00 for storage ,which is a total rip-off , desperate to make money any way they can .I would never go back or buy any thing from this company and to all consumers out there beware off this scamming company which has no business ethics and sense

They are there when you need them. They make it top priority to came to fix it on time. . all of the servive people are very polite and respect your property.
