Once again, Pirie Appliances came through for me. My dryer, which was about 4 years old (purchased from another supplier) was making a clunking sound. The service man, Mark, arrived at the exact time promised, and, within minutes found the problem (somehow a piece of metal became lodged close to the fan). He rectified it, cleaned the lint out and he was in and out within one half hour. The only charge - the service call. What a relief!
