Val from Home Appliance came and fixed the range. There was a tech sick that day but he still came even after working twelve hour shift. I was very appreciative.

Our new double wall oven's circuit board shorted out just a few uses after installation, resulting in the upper oven loss of heat and bottom oven circulation fan not operational. Val with Home Appliance Repair attended and installed new circuit board and fixed the appliances to our full satisfaction. Val the service person was very careful and was courteous. He took the time to ensure the oven was in proper working order after the repair. I would rate the service call 10 out of 10.

Dishwasher never worked properly since we bought it and this is the third time we have had it repaired. Val came the last time, fixed it, ordered new parts and replaced them promptly. Val arrived on time and did a very good job of repairing igniter for burner on gas stove, and explaining how to avoid problems in the future. I was very happy with this service.

My 1 year warranty expired 7 weeks ago. Washing machine was leaking from underneath and impossible for me to get at. The first gentleman came alone, it s a stacked pair, so we had to reschedule. The 2 gentlemen who came today were more than clean, polite and helpful. They ensured that the correct part, once problem was diagnosed, was ordered, one of them went to pick it up and brought it back to install. We completed the paper work and I was still in time to pick up my grandsons from the school bus - by 3 seconds! Thank you Rick, and the other gentleman whose name I did not remember, sorry. It is a lot of money for a practically new appliance, but the floor does not need washing every time I do laundry, the carpet has to dry out soon!

Scott and a colleague arrived to assess the repair on my range. He arrived with glass in hand to repair the glass in my oven door - therefore he did not have to make a second trip. He was professional, courteous, and tidy. I am very happy with the service from Appliance Repair and would not hesitate to use them in the future.

Val was very professional; arrived on time, was speedy in his service, and offered me some helpful tips on working with my stove. A real pleasure to work with. The initial service dispatcher was helpful and told me that her repair person would call on Monday...and he CALLED on Monday! Go figure! Such a relief as the last Dacor service company I worked with I swore, I would NEVER buy another Dacor appliance. I've changed my mind! Thank you!

A repair man named Desmond came in to fix my Samsung Dishwasher and did a great job. Professional, curtious, completed the repair in a timely manner . Arrived when he said he would and completed the job without much fuss.
