White Shark Window Cleaning

Unreliable, average work and absolutely terrible customer service. Used for a few years. Always hard to get hold of someone on the phone. Went through the same thing year after year when they didn't clean the skylights - I always reminded them, they never did them the first time, they always charged me more to do them even though my quote clearly included them, and one guy said it wasn't possible to clean them (even though previous crews had done it). I finally gave up asking. The last couple of times they did not do a good job - many windows still dirty - called them back but the work was still sub-par. The last straw was when they committed to doing my eaves last November, kept missing the date, rescheduling, dragging me out - stopped responding to emails and phone calls, then sent a form letter in December after it got too cold or snowed "apologizing" for not being able to get to me - my sense is they over-committed and dropped the ball for a lot of customers. Didn't even have the common courtesy to respond to my email. Will never use them again.

White Shark did not clean our eave troughs on Nov. 15, 2016. and left a $90.00 invoice in our mailbox and a sign on our lawn. We immediately called & emailed White Shark on Nov.15,2016 and advised them accordingly.
We have used White Shark since 2013 and always paid promptly for services rendered. As a matter of principle we do not want to be coerced into paying for work that was not done. We are seniors and find their treatment very stressful.

We informed them that we were home, no ladder was put up , our dogs did not bark , no bag of debris was left and the back gate was locked so no entry was possible. We also did not need our eaves troughs cleaned as we had a Leaf Guard system installed at the end of August. It does not allow leafs to enter the trough.
However they insist on payment and have continually harassed us. We contacted them via email and phone many times outlining our case. Now they are threatening a collection agency.

I have used their services for years and have always returned to them.
Booking is easy and the work they do excellent.
Windows sparkle.....eavestroughs cleaned. I appreciated that they fitted me in before the snow arrives.
Staff courteous.

White Shark does a lot of work in this neighbourhood and I had used their services before. I was pleased that they could fit an eavestrough cleaning into their busy schedule before a freeze might occur. David, Kevin and Chevy showed up on time and completed the job very quickly. They packed up the bags of leaves neatly and left them at the curb for me. This was a small job, and the price was reasonable for the peace of mind over the winter season. White Shark also does windows, painting and odd jobs. I won't hesitate to call them in the future.

Mark and James are amazing workers. They were courteous and experts at their trade. Customer service was over the top and both Mark and James went out of their way to make sure that passage ways were cleared off of debris. They were quick, through and courteous experts at their work always mindful and respectful of customer service.I'd recomment Mark and James team to anyone!!! Job Well done - great service!

Reliable, on time and conscientious work. I book White Shark twice/year to do my windows and eves. I live in a 3 story townhouse, and they do the top floor as well as the ground floor. This Fall Noel, Kelvyn& Izich (spel?) did the work. Nataline in the office is a pleasure to deal with. I expect she'll have a great career at whatever she decides to do.

Showed up on time and did a thorough job. Polite and accommodating. Will use again and will recommend them to others. What a difference it makes to have sparkling clean windows!

Over the years, plaster and paint fell from ceiling because of rain water seeping through roof.

Tony re plastered and repainted the entire area, and he did a super job. Tony even went beyond his calling by painting over a window ledge.

Moreover, Tony's pleasantness and knowledge of his business are superb.

When I need White Shark, I plan to use them again

I got some painting done from White Shark and they gave me a complimentary window cleaning. The crew was very polite and did a great job! They were even able to reach the windows on the third story dormer.

I just have to say that the job Roger and his crew did was fantastic. Roger and Nadia from White Shark answered all my questions and concerns about painting the exterior windows of my townhouse. Roger's crew showed up when scheduled, did an fantastic job and cleaned up after the job. Roger and Nadia followed up after the work was done. I would recommend White Shark for your next job.
