White Shark Window Cleaning

We are repeat customers. This time we were not happy with the job done. After one phone call the company sent another team the next day.
They have redone all the windows to perfection.
This is how one knows a great company: things can go sometimes wrong but they fixed it immediately!

This Company staff came and went up and began banging on the downspouts I said not to do that because dirt will go to the sewers.
Yanus quoted over the phone price and stated that they would snake the spouts this was not done. The snake stayed on truck. they completed job with in 15 minutes they needed my gate open and I thought to clean rear downspout . I understand the logistics and I know that from top level to lower level staff did not jump down. my rear spout connected to upper spout see picture. 2 ladders used were in front, snake in truck, and staff on roof banging on spouts unacceptable. when I went to the front they were driving away I stopped them and said you can't be finished you didn't clean and sweep the eaves they said it was clean I said I would call office. I did and asked for supervisor to come back for recheck? no call back or email. just the invoice.
I have used this company many years and very satisfied. At this time I know staff performed poorly and the company sign was not even posted because they knew they'd rushed off.

I had my windows cleaned by this company and I just have to say I am very grateful. They were polite, respectful and efficient. Thanks again and will call to book your services again. Nothing like a classic business. The owner is a genuine person with a great understanding on how to take care of peoples homes.

The crew from white Shark did a very good job. The few problems we encountered were with the bookings: We were scheduled for the afternoon between 12 and 2 pm. The crew came in the morning when we weren't home. Also, we had asked that our garage eaves troughs be cleaned as well as the those of the house. This information was omitted from the work order and so wasn't done (because we weren't home!)
That said, the crew did a very good job - even reinstalled some sliding windows that our previous cleaner had reinstalled improperly.
We'll use White Shark again.

The downspouts were not cleaned properly last autumn, causing damage to the eaves. Due to their negligence, they are asking me to cover the repair cost, which is more than the job. It's frustrating dealing with untrained individuals who need to learn what they're doing and a management team that doesn't take responsibility or pride in their work.

I will never use this company again. They are simply amateurs and shouldn't be in business.

Our home has 3 stories so the eaves were high and they did a great job. Difficult to find a company to do this work.

I heard great things about White Shark from a friend then checked them out here on Homestars. I contacted White Shark and they directed me to their site which allowed me to book a time for their team to come and clean out our eaves. They showed up on time and were super professional and even asked to clean out the downspouts. Great work!

Very poor experience -- avoid White Shark at all cost.

They provided a quote to remove stickers from our new windows (we specifically requested that service in writing, which they acknowledge is what exactly we asked for). Half way through the job, they knocked on door and told us it will be more than double the quote to remove the stickers. We said we weren't interested at that price and they left (our windows are still very dirty). However they never refunded our payment. I called, they said it was a miscommunication and promised to come back with correct cleaner to remove sticker residue -- but then just never contacted us again. I had to reach out a 4th, 5th and 6th time (they don't return messages, or answer during business hours). Jack then blamed us for the miscommunication (... it's in writing Jack), and again asked for more money while also refusing to refund what they already took without completing job. I spent more time on hold/calls with them than it would take to do myself.

Really, avoid this unprofessional outfit. Promised specific things on 3 occasions and didn't complete. Was left with dirty windows, working with credit card company for refund, and calling another company.

I needed my eaves cleaned as there was water build up in rain storms. I have a two storey house that required someone get on the roof. A gentleman came the next day to give an estimate and at the same time gave an estimate to clean my windows. I accepted the quote and they arrived the next day to do the work. Two polite and professional guys did the work. My biggest problem with the eaves has been solved. Glad I found this company and will use them again in the future. Good work and competitive pricing.

White Shark did a very good job painting our home exterior wood surfaces, including several windows and doors, porch and fence. The communication and pricing was clear, the workers were very friendly and easy to work with, and the work was completed quickly. Would certainly hire again.
