White Shark did a small window and eave cleaning job for us. Unfortunately the cleaners damaged my eave in the process. While I wasn't happy about that, the customer service I received to fix the eave was very good. They did try very hard to repair the problem to my satisfaction.

We had our eaves cleaned in the spring, but a month later, overflow unexpectedly occurred during a downpour. White Shark returned, diagnosed and corrected the problem for free. No problems since. Quick response to requests.

White Shark did a great job cleaning my windows and eavestroughs. However, the soggy debris from the eavestroughs was put into a yard waste bag that distintegrated overnight. I asked White Shark if they could re-pack the bag when they came to pick up their sign and got no response. The debris sat making a mess on my sidewalk until my husband finally repacked it.

I have always had White Shark wash windows and when I saw their flyer advertising repair and painting, I decided to get a quote for repairs and painting that we needed Their people are friendly, courteous and efficient; I believe they are fair and honest with their pricing.
