Maintenance contract was booked ahead of time, I received a reminder phone call. Emilio arrived promptly and performed the maintenance no issues. He was pleasant and professional. Emilio explained what was done, the results and recommendations for maintaining healthy indoor air. Thank you.

AD Nahal came in for service; he walked me through all the major and minor steps of the maintenance/inspection process and provided some recommendations. He also efficiently fixed a major issue that could give us a red tag.

Katie visited us for suggestion with new HVAC system. She explained us every component and details step by step, helping us make our choices. It happened to be day with storm and rain here, she even ran in the rain and helped with getting clothes and plants back in house from backyard. Katie is very knowledgable and suggest tailored offers based on our need.

Old air conditioner suddenly stopped pushing cold air. Easy online form for service request, phone call a few hours later, a call just before service technician arrived: excellent communications. Technician was careful to explain plan to assess, then issue cause and estimate for fix. He completed the fix promptly, as he had the parts at hand (in truck), and he verified everything fine. Friendly, and again, excellent communication. Masks worn, booties over shoes when had to enter home. Price as estimated, and paid by credit card. Now relaxing in a cool home on a hot humid day. Satisfied, and would recommend.

The story is too long to type here, but in a nutshell we feel that we were expertly conned by an over zealous saleswoman in 2020, into installing a brand new furnace and air conditioner. She promised that the technician's would create their magic when they came to do the installation, and be masterful at relocating our existing or new AC, but that was far from the truth. Other than that, Paul, the technician who came to reconnect the AC did a marvelous job! Thank you, Paul.

The lead technician Runualdo and his helper Robert, did excellent work. They worked very efficiently. The work was done very skillfully. They explained everything. They cleaned the work area well after they finished the work.

After a first floor renovation called Peel for FAF check. They replaced a part and suggested duct cleaning but did not pull and clean blower nor did they mention it needed to be cleaned. After having problems with A/C they suggested replacing entire FAF/AC on a system just under 12 yrs old stating that systems only last 10 - 12 years?? Received 2nd opinion from a reputable contractor from Waterloo who pulled and cleaned the blower, coils, A/C and system is now working perfectly. Cleaning was less than $300 as opposed to replacement of system $8 - 9,000.

AD replaced the cooling coil in my system last summer and I was unsure if I was experiencing a issue.He came checked everything out and explained what I was experiencing was ok and the system was working properly. Very polite professional technician .

Not sure what is going on with Peel Heating & Air as today I had set up an appointment with them for my mothers place for the heating protection plan and furnace diagnostic. It was set up today from noon to 4pm. I made 2 phone calls and sent an email and so far no one has called me back and I wasted the entire afternoon as no one showed up. Not even the decency to call to cancel the appointment. I am shocked with this lack of service as I never had a complaint about them prior. I hope they are not turning out to be like the other companies out there! (We don't care). May 28, 2021 I received a phone call from Eloisa expressing her concern over the mix up. Eloisa explained to me the mix up and she knew that a service tech was rescheduled for this morning which was completed very professionally. This is the service I have come to know from Peel/Mersey and for that I continue to be a loyal client. Although it was frustrating not getting feed back on the day of the mix up, I do understand with the times that we are dealing with, responses are delayed.
