Edgar at Peel heating did a great job checking my furnace today. He carefully explained everything checked including CO checks and humidifier element replacement, which is not something other technicians have done in the past. He politely suggested other services that can be useful and explained exactly why…again, very useful and informative.

Justin was very thorough and explained everything to us. He was very efficient and polite. He was here in the time frame provided. We would certainly ask for him in the future.

We had our ducts cleaned, and as part of a promotion, had furnace maintenance performed for free. Wes, who performed our furnace maintenance, was fantastic. He was pleasant, respectful, and took his time to both thoroughly inspect and clean our furnace as well as explain his observations and suggestions for upkeep to me. Would definitely recommend. Ask for Wes.

We discovered a pretty significant water leak from our furnace humidifier at roughly 5pm. Peel and Wes came over as soon as possible - later that same evening - to check everything and reassure us everything was ok. (Turned out to be an issue with how the filter was installed)

Thank you Wes for coming so late at night and give us peace of mind.

Tech spent hours at my house installing a humidifier. I heard the drill and cutting going on for a long time and couldn't figure out why he was constantly cutting. When I went down after the work was finished, found my clean looking furnace now had brand new big holes patched up with duct tape and screws. Looks a mess now. The tech cut big holes, realized they wouldn't work, so used duct tape to patch them up until he made a hole that worked. Not impressed.

The team was very efficient and well mannered.
They did a great job! I would definitely call them again.
They wore booties in the house and laid down rubber carpets so they would not dirty or damage anything

Needed a new furnace and decided to replace a/c at same time. Katy (Catherine) came same day and was very friendly and thorough in helping me make a choice.
Runualdo and Don arrived promptly the next morning install the new equipment. They were both very courteous and thorough in answering all my questions and completed the job in a timely manner, including a full clean-up of the work areas inside and out.

Emilio came and checked my furnace and found a bad pressure switch that he was able to replace on the same visit. He was very polite and efficient at his job. I would highly recommend him for HVAC work.

Water heater would not heat water. Peel Heating sent Wes to diagnose the issue the next day. Wes was courteous, wore a mask and was able to determine the issue quickly. He fixed the problem and was able to provide the accurate cost of replacing the flame sensor kit after contacting the company.
I am satisfied with the work Wes did today and have requested that he return to install the kit as soon as possible.
