Ray Dass came for maintenance of my furnace. He came on time and was very courteous and professional. He explained everything and answered all my questions. He didn't rush the job and made sure everything was working perfectly before leaving. He took Covid protocols very seriously wearing a mask, keeping distance and keeping everything clean. Excellent service.

Peel Heating and AC have always serviced our furnace/boiler/air conditioner and have done an excellent job. I can now add that they flushed out our gas tankless water heater. Again Dexter did an awesome

Yearly furnace inspection went smoothly. Emilio was courteous and professional. I would recommend him for future service. I am on an annual plan which provides furnace and air conditioning inspections annually, the cost shown is a monthly payment.

Knowledgeable Sales Rep in Adam who help us with exactly what we needed within our budget. Straight forward with the price and production description for our situation.

Installation tech came the next day ready at 8:30am as scheduled.

Farzan and this team were helpful, clean and professional be hide the work they did. I needed to move my hot water tank to make room for the filter on the furnace, Farzan and his team took care of all that.

This technician was the most helpful service man i have ever dealt with! He showed my daughter how to change the filtres ( we have a new AC and furnace installed by Peel Heating and Air Conditioning last April ) then did the AC tune up, and then helped us reprogram the smart thermostat as we had new wifi service put in this month and we could not figure out how to do it. He was just so nice and helpful and explained everything to us. I renewed the contract for these services for the following year which explains the cost of this service. The contract is for two maintenance visits per year. This service is so good and the technician very very personable. so helpful.

Our expert technician, Emilio, arrived at the expected time and was very polite, professional, knowledgeable, and he wore a mask throughout the entire time he worked. He gave us helpful tips on how to maintain our A/C. I would request his services again in the future.
