Not sure what is going on with Peel Heating & Air as today I had set up an appointment with them for my mothers place for the heating protection plan and furnace diagnostic. It was set up today from noon to 4pm. I made 2 phone calls and sent an email and so far no one has called me back and I wasted the entire afternoon as no one showed up. Not even the decency to call to cancel the appointment. I am shocked with this lack of service as I never had a complaint about them prior. I hope they are not turning out to be like the other companies out there! (We don't care). May 28, 2021 I received a phone call from Eloisa expressing her concern over the mix up. Eloisa explained to me the mix up and she knew that a service tech was rescheduled for this morning which was completed very professionally. This is the service I have come to know from Peel/Mersey and for that I continue to be a loyal client. Although it was frustrating not getting feed back on the day of the mix up, I do understand with the times that we are dealing with, responses are delayed.
