Very professional company to deal with the service was very technicians that installed the furnace and air conditioner.

Peel Heating & Air Conditioning installed a new air conditioner in my house on July 30th and have had people back 4 times over the past month to make adjustments to the system to try & get it to work as it should. I have had "fog" coming out of my vents and water dripping from the vents & duct work after it was installed so they adjusted the fan speed. Then they said the type of furnace filter I used was too restrictive (3M) and changed it. The system only runs for 5 minutes to maintain the set temperature and it isn't taking any moisture out of the house so they came back in with a few people and messed around the furnace. As they were making their adjustments I started getting fog coming from the vents again and when I pointed it out to their "expert", he said it was a cooling mist. I have watched the condensate line for an entire cycle & not seen a drop of water leaves the evaporator. The No Loopholes Guarantee that we have on the documents from the install state that If, within 2 years of the date of installation, you are not completely satisfied with the performance of your home comfort system, our service, or our people and we cannot make it Right for you, then we will gladly remove the system and return your original investment with no loopholes guaranteed! In the last conversation I had with their expert where I asked for a refund and removal of the air conditioning components, he refused to honour the guarantee and said he would not remove it as it is operating the way it was designed to. It only runs for 5 minutes since that is all it needs to maintain the temperature and that if I wanted the system to remove moisture, I would have to set my thermostat to 22 degrees. I'm not an expert but I know that an AC needs to run a lot more than 5 minutes to remove any humidity from the air, and I shouldn't have to wear a sweater in my house to get the AC to work properly. They are refusing to honour their written guarantee that states I will be refunded & they will remove the system.

Great experience all around from the initial sales call to scheduling the work to execution and clean up! Really enjoyable to work with the team and they did a fantastic job!

I booked an a/c service appointment a month in advance (regular maintenance.) Received texts to confirm the appointment the day before. That night at 8:30 pm, I received a voice mail saying sorry but the technician cant make it. If this was the first time this happened, I wouldnt complain. This is the third time.

Heat Pump & Furnace replaced in May.

At completion of external unit I went outside and was puzzled as to why the installers had _drilled_ through the heat pump mounting brackets to put in small machine screws, when clearly the heat pump was supposed to be mounted using bolts.

I was told "they weren't given the bolts"...

Now, 1.5 months later, the heat pump has stopped working, and there are no technicians available to look at it today. I was told initially I will have to wait until tomorrow evening. Also, upon inspection, one set of "screws" have already rusted through.

We were very pleased with the job Peel did. Customer service excellent! I would certainly recommend them.

Once again, the people at Peel Heating & Air Conditioning responded quickly to my request for service. My furnace had stopped working & I phoned at 9:00 a.m. for service. Early afternoon of the same day, Ryan, their amazing technician, had diagnosed the issue and completed repairs. Thank you again to Ryan and his associates at Peel Heating & Air Conditioning .

I contacted Peel Heating for my furnace gas valve replacement $1300, but %20 off if sign up for yearly maintenance program. Different technician came to replace the valve. I pointed out that I have on occasion seen some condensation at bottom of vent pipe on top of furnace. A pipe inspection followed and decided that some of the connection did not have enough glue which could be allowing carbon monoxide to leak out, it was repair the pipe or RED TAG my furnace. At this point what choice do I have none. To replace a 10ft section of ipex 636 pipe which total about $80 of parts when searched online my charge was $586 dollars. Please be wary of hidden charges
