I contacted Mckinnon to get a second opinion on the replacement and cost of my air conditioner. Michael and his team were very accommodating, provided us with a range of options that suited our budget, and scheduled the installation for the following day. The technicians who did the installation were professional, courteous, and answered all our questions. We're very pleased with Mckinnon's services and will use them for all our future heating and cooling needs.

Overall, I was very satisfied with McKinnon. They installed a new Spacepak high-velocity AC system which required numerous visits over several months and coordination with a contractor during a major renovation. The company personnel were professional, efficient, and very responsive throughout the process, including to our requests to make final modifications to ensure the AC system met our expectations and needs.

From the first contact I made with the office, it was a good experience. Jamee, the first point of contact, was more than happy to answer my questions about what I was wanting to purchase, timing, and more than accommodating to have an individual come out to my home. Michael, the owner of McKinnon came out to recommend an AC of brand (s) they carried. Also to see location of Install for the crew. Very professional, experienced, knowledgeable. Once I purchased, an install crew was sent within week. They arrived at my home on schedule, brought things in, told me
what they were going to do, Install install inside and outside, was professional, clean and once system was up and running, things were explained about the install.

Excellent and very professional service, the furnace diagnostic (blower motor died) and repair was excellent and really fast. Their found the furnace was still on warranty, got the part and less than in a day everything was fixed. Communication is above the high level.

McKinnon was quick and efficient in helping me with the replacement of my tankless water heater. The entire team from the office staff to the techs were a pleasure to deal with. I would Highly recommend them for any issues or service needs you may encounter.
