Being a new mom, keeping up with the cleaning of a 1200 sq ft townhouse was becoming unmanageable. Maret did a thorough and accurate assessment of what it would take to clean the condo, to ensure realistic expectations. She bent over backwards to accommodate our schedule and stay within our budget. The ladies she sent (Hilda and Lourdes) were exceptional. They worked together as a team, scrubbed and cleaned surfaces that I had been struggling with for years, and stayed overtime just to ensure that the work was all done right - all with a smile. Maret's Quality Home Cleaning Services did a deep clean of our home in order to get rid of cat hair. Maret first spent about 45 minutes in our home in order to give us an estimate. On cleaning day, about 10 people came to our house and cleaned all day. They were very friendly, resourceful, thorough--and happy. It was a pleasure having them in our home, and they did an excellent job. I recommend them highly.

I was moving and needed to get my 1 bedroom condo clean for the next resident. I was on a budget and Maret respected that. As guaranteed, they did everything as promised, on time and within the quoted price. The cleaner - Sandra - did an excellent job. She was polite, efficient and left the place sparkling. Knowing that they use natural cleaning products was a real plus. I'd recommend them to anyone.

Maret came to give us a quote and we decided to use her service for the first time and regular cleaning. Unfortunately after the first time she raised the price to a much higher one than quoted, which was strange because she visited our home before the quote. As a result we decided to go with another company for the regular cleaning.

Pnce her team came in, they worked on my house and left no stone unturned. The place looked brand new!!!!! In addition to getting rid of everty spec of reno dust, her team cleaning every possible surface including cabinet hingest and window tracks.

I moved in and didn't have to pull out a single cleaner.

I chose Maret's Quality Home Cleaning Services because of their rating and reviews on homestars.com. Maret was very flexible on her schedule for the first evaluation and came over on a Saturday morning. She walked through the apartment with us and explained how long it would be to clean each room and what would be cleaned. We were able to edit the list to suit our budget (ie. we decided to wait on cleaning the fridge and stove). Her team arrived on time and all were very friendly. We have a house cat and they were all careful not to stress him out. When we got home that night, I walked in and slowly walked through the place with an increasing sense of HUGE relief. Everything was spotless and the cleaning was thorough - even the electrical cords on the small kitchen appliances had been washed clean! When I walked into the bedroom and saw they had organised the dresser which had become a dumping ground for receipts, loose change, sewing stuff etc, I almost broke out in tears. Over the next few days, we kept noticing all the other unexpected areas that had been cleaned. The exceptional thing about Maret's cleaners is that they show a lot of thoughtfulness and care through their tidying, organising and cleaning. Meeting Maret herself was great because we also got a great feel for her company, her work philosphy and her ethics as an employer. We find her rates very reasonable for the quality of the cleaning and would absolutely recommend Maret's to anyone and everyone who will listen.

Maret's Cleaning services were amazing! The entire process was perfect; from the moment Maret came to my home to review our needs to our communication after the job was finished. We had had some difficulty with other cleaning services who left our house dirty and with rusty appliances. Maret came in and fixed EVERYTHING. It was amazing how shiny and pristine everything was.
