Unfortunately after the first time she raised the price to a much higher one than quoted, which was strange because she visited our home before the quote. As a result we decided to go with another company for the regular cleaning.

As you know my first visit to your home was to do an estimate. Estimates are that, an estimate of work required. As I explained during your estimate for regular interval service you and I would have will have a better idea of what your regular service would take once the first cleaning is done. The great thing was that you were there when the 2 ladies cleaned. You saw that they are great workers and worked non-stop. I always honor the price shown on an estimate and did not charge you for the 3 hours extra that they spent there under your guidance. That's a great deal. Your home is huge, you cannot practically clean a 3,000 or so sq foot home to a great standard in 7 hours once a month, This is not practical.
