Gem Windows and Doors

My husband visited the Queensway location for assistance on locking devices for our windows during pool installation. Jim C. took the time to assist my husband and provided information/ options and a sample. His level of customer service went above and beyond. We will definitely go see Jim again when it's time to purchase windows and doors. Thank you Jim !

Gem did a great job installing my new patio door. The door looks great and installation was quick and professional. The cleanup and disposal of the old door was taken care of. This was my second patio door installed by Gem Windows & Doors and I highly recommend them.

We had our old, mishapened windows on our third floor replaced with new ones. The installers came in the morning and were finished right after noon. Overall, they were respectful and worked efficiently.

I called this morning and spoke to Jim Christopoulos at Gem windows and doors about a window crank that broke yesterday. I purchased the windows years ago and Jim had a repair man here in 4 hours and the window crank was replaced and at no change. There is no better service than at Gem, and Jim was excellent in understanding my concern and in rectifying the situation immediately.

I have been looking for plugs for the screw holes in the door frame of my front door. I had been to all the chain hardware stores with no luck. Someone suggested that I try Gems. When I got there I was greeted immediately by Jim Christopoulos. He listened to my problem. and understood immediately what was needed and he went and got me a handful of plugs. Even though my problem was small, Mr. Christopoulos dealt with it quickly and effectively. The plugs fit perfectly. Thank you so much!

Father in law has an old sliding door that the bottom wheels finally gave out. He visited many places in search of them. Everyone said to replace door since parts aren't available. I went by Gem and explained the problem. Not knowing me or what I do for a living...Im a contractor. Jim didn't have to...he could have tried to make a sale..but he told me about the trick with these old doors and he was right!!!!!!!!
I will recommend and purchase future windows or doors from them just because of this service.

We had GEM windows with magic screens installed many years ago and have been extremely pleased with how well they continue to work. A very strong young man, visiting our house recently, accidentally broke the screen opener tab. Not feeling hopeful because of the age of our windows, I went to GEM and spoke to Jim Christopoulos, parts manager. I was pleasantly surprised when Jim not only had the part I needed, he also gave it to me free of charge! Thanks Jim - I will continue to recommend GEM windows to my friends.

Initial dealing was with Seymour who was very personable and experienced. Taraz M installed the door. His work was wonderful and cleaned up after he was done. Great job. Would give a 10 out of 10 for this company. Cindy & Wayne MacDonald-Titanic.

Very pleased with the service provided. The staff were kind, efficient, and the service was provided in a timely manner. And in the occassion of an emergency, the owner's were very helpful in assissting to solve the situation. Highly reccommend their services.

Gem windows and doors replaced all of the windows in our older home. The installers were prompt, courteous and did a very good job in installing our new windows.
