I called this morning and spoke to Jim Christopoulos at Gem windows and doors about a window crank that broke yesterday. I purchased the windows years ago and Jim had a repair man here in 4 hours and the window crank was replaced and at no change. There is no better service than at Gem, and Jim was excellent in understanding my concern and in rectifying the situation immediately.
