We are extremely disappointed to see such a harsh criticism from you, especially, when you have provided us with a signed 100% satisfaction completion certificate. As per your signed completion form that we have in our files, you have replied that your installation was 100% completed, 100% completed to your satisfaction, 100% satisfied with the overall quality and appearance. We installed your windows in time, it was only your patio door that was delayed by the manufacturer which was beyond our control. We are sorry but we are unable to provide you with compensation as the patio door manufacturer did not provide us with compensation also. We notified the local branch manager of your feedback, he will contact you soon to discuss on how he can assist you further.

We thank you for your feedback but we are very sorry to see your low rating, especially after signing off our satisfaction completion certificate form. Looking at your signed purchase agreement you bought 21 windows and you paid for 21 windows and not 22 as indicated in your review. As per our conversation with your local branch manager he informed us that during the installation of the 21 windows it was discovered that there was an additional window which was missed but was never charged on your sales agreement. In the interest of good customer service, our branch manager offered to provide you with the window at free of charge, at our cost in the amount of $450. All you were asked to pay for was for the installation fee, which you agreed. Once the window was ready he contacted you to set up an installation date which you informed him that you were no longer interested. The offer for the free window is still available, please contact Ken if you wish to proceed.

We thank you for your feedback and we are sorry about your door troubles. Clera has a very competitive warranty and we stand behind it 100%. However, we are not the manufacturer of your patio door, and as it’s indicated in the terms and conditions of your signed contract, finished products sold, but not manufactured by Clera are covered by their own manufacturer’s warranty. As per our several conversations and emails with your wife we were very clear that your door issue was not caused by any fault of ours. Your local branch manager informed the patio door manufacturer of your issue and they send their door specialists to address your issue. The serviceman's findings were, no factory issues, and no installation issues. On questioning, you informed him that the panel was broken by the slamming and rough handling by your teenage son. The branch manager also informed us that he assisted you several times at free of charge and he also provided you with free parts which were not covered under your warranty as your door was purchased in 2016. We have done our best to accommodate you.
