Wouldn't recommend or wish this experience on anyone
This review won't hold any value and is a complete waste of my time especially for the fact there will be zero follow up and no compensation provided for the terrible experience we had dealing with your company. Our original estimation date of completion for this project was end of September mid October... approaching October I inquired with a follow up with Gary who is no longer with the company and my response back was contractually we arnt til October... ok... so come mid October we kept getting push back after push back... after many phone calls exchanged it wasn't until mid November that they got installed...but remember contractually it was october... again zero response to that statement...so finally completed windows to only be told that our patio door isn't ready and will be in the new year.... new year approaches, yet again delay after delay no response after no response. Finally mid February our patio door was installed with our front door.... there was gaps missing around the door of foam and our basement window barely even opens and what does is miniscule. there was zero reasoning with anyone and were bound to our contract that Clera did not come close to satisfying. so yet again a very dissatisfied customer and zero compensation was had. So the end of the day my review and experience is I will never recommend your company to anyone. We will actually tell people not to deal with Clera Windows and doors all because your company wouldn't satisfy or even communicate with their customers. Sorry holds absolute no meaning. We are extremely disappointed to see such a harsh criticism from you, especially, when you have provided us with a signed 100% satisfaction completion certificate. As per your signed completion form that we have in our files, you have replied that your installation was 100% completed, 100% completed to your satisfaction, 100% satisfied with the overall quality and appearance. We installed your windows in time, it was only your patio door that was delayed by the manufacturer which was beyond our control. We are sorry but we are unable to provide you with compensation as the patio door manufacturer did not provide us with compensation also. We notified the local branch manager of your feedback, he will contact you soon to discuss on how he can assist you further.
