Falconcrest Homes

This was our first time ever purchasing a "newly built home", and it will unfortunately be our last as Falconcrest has put a poor taste in our mouths. The house itself hasn't given us too many issues. The service and un-organization on site is terrible. The front line staff have done a great job, I'm putting the blame on whoever is responsible for the bigger picture...owners.. whoever organizes and hires contractors, finances... etc... but then again once they have your money they don't care. We understand that there are going to be hurdles and that weather comes into play.. but I honestly believe that they should have let the homeowners grade and sod themselves... it would have been completed quicker. The company obviously took the lowest bidder to save cash ... literally 2 people to grade the entire site and now 2-3 people to sod the entire site ... disappointed for sure , deadlines keep getting pushed and everyone on the street is frustrated. Shingles have lifted after 5 months... and was told someone would be out... still no one, had issues with the tile all over the main floor which took forever to repaired... and honestly I know we are the one of the residents with the least problems on the court.

I regreted that i didn’t do a research about this builder before i bought a house from them. Their customer services is horrible after closing date, they treated us like a beggar if i try to ask them to fix something they suppose to have it done in 30 days form.
They just don’t care about you like the house or not, even the house got water leak they just blame that you did something wrong not them and tell you fix yourself.
Never buy from this builder again

If you want to deal with a company who's owners don't seem to care about their customers, just simply the money that your giving them to build the house , than Falconcrest is for you. No explanations or feedback given to issues we have had with the home. They got their money and thats all they cared about , the workers on site are not to blame , as I read in an earlier review. I too spoke with someone on site who has said they were "rushed" and told to get it done for closing.

The customer service of this builder is absolutely amazing. Any questions I have had in the buying process and the research process they have been more than happy to assist! I would definitely recommend them.

We had a great experience with Falconcrest Homes! We purchased a home in Oshawa and the entire process has been nothing but pleasant. At the last minute we requested certain changes to our upgrade package and even though it was after the deadline, they helped us out. Falcincrest Homes is by far the worse builder we have ever dealt with. This entire experience has been a nightmare from beginning to end. We bought our house 2 years ago and on closing we got our keys and a chance to do our walk through with mud everywhere and contractors still in the house. our glass shower wasn't installed until a week after we moved in. The tile in our bathroom was cracked, our stairs had footprints on them so we needed them to be re stained, the paint in the house is a joke. I took almost 6 days off to be here in order to have all the contractors come in and even then the work is horrible. I spoke to all of them and they all said that this builder rushed them so much and all they want is for them to get in and get out regardless of quality. I don't blame the contractors, but this builder is horrible. I wrote the owner an email and got a mediocre response. We are still missing grout on tiles, covers on outlets, our garage water pipe doesn't work, but I rather fix it all myself than have to deal with anyone in this highly unprofessional careless "company". Take a look at some of the pictures of my brand new home. When they came to paint our door I told the man to please replace the weather strip that was broken before we even moved in and he just painted over it. Brutal

I WOULD NEVER RECOMEND ANYONE TO BUY ANYTHING FROM THIS FALCONREST HOMES. THEIR CUSTOER SERVICE IS HORRIBLE. FINISHING QUALITY OF MY HOME IS HORRIBLE. THEY DIDNT EVEN BOTHER SANDING SUBFLOOR BEFORE INSTALLING HARDWOOD - NOW THERE ARE HUMPS AND HARDWOOD SQUEEKS LIKE CRAZY. THERE ARE SO MANNY THINGS THAT STILL NOT COMPLETED AFTER 1 YEAR. PAINT JOB IS SO BAD AND YOU CAN SEE TAPING ON DRYWALLS. I WISH I WOULD HAVE KNOWN ABOUT THIS BUILDER - WOULD HAVE NEVER BAUGHT. THIER CONTRACTORS ARE INCOMPETANT. I AM SO FED UP WITH THEM AND DECIDED TO FINISH LEFT OVER ON MY OWN. IT IS VERY SMALL COMPANY THAT LACKS QUALIFY. BEWARE OF THIS BUILDER !!!!!!

I would NOT advise anyone to buy from this builder. The customer service from the Sales cent to the decor cent is HORRID.
They lack customer service skills.
They increased the prices for the Decor cent
They were suppose to have the house done by April...and only started building in March.
I would not buy another home from this builder.

I have read some reviews about Falconcrest homes and I think people need not to complain about little common issues with all builders.What matters most to me is the end product you get from your builder.My experience with Falconcrest homes has been extremely pleasant both with Staff and service guys.Our house was built well with top quality materials, our home standard materials like tiles,kitchen cabinets ,light fixtures columns, trims etc are all classified as upgrades from other so called top builders.I waited to write a review after 6 months of occupying my home just to make sure all is well and indeed no surprises my house is well built by Falconcrest homes.Most of the newhouses ,you can clearly hear people when they are talking outsite your street but Falconcrest homes buildings are well insulated and very tight that you dont hear street conversations when inside your bedrooms.
Its not all about just buying a new house but also you need to consider a builder who is willing to work with you when you encounter problems from start to end.From sales to management and after sales department has been nothing but a true help during our home buying/building process. Quality ,design,and support cannot be compared when it comes to Falconcrest homes.
I will buy again and recommend this builder to anyone who wants well built home.

I have owned two previous homes from this builder in Brampton, and I am looking forward to closing on my 3 rd house soon in Brampton, not sure about the other reviews, but my experience with them has been fantastic, they are very hands on, and the staff has been a pleasure to work with, any issues I had were dealt with quickly and to my satisfaction, quality and workmanship has always been excellent, I would highly recommend Falconcrest..... As I said I'm on my third house, started with a town and I'm finally able to move upto a single.... First class experience from a first class builder
