Poor Customer Service & Unorganized
This was our first time ever purchasing a "newly built home", and it will unfortunately be our last as Falconcrest has put a poor taste in our mouths. The house itself hasn't given us too many issues. The service and un-organization on site is terrible. The front line staff have done a great job, I'm putting the blame on whoever is responsible for the bigger picture...owners.. whoever organizes and hires contractors, finances... etc... but then again once they have your money they don't care. We understand that there are going to be hurdles and that weather comes into play.. but I honestly believe that they should have let the homeowners grade and sod themselves... it would have been completed quicker. The company obviously took the lowest bidder to save cash ... literally 2 people to grade the entire site and now 2-3 people to sod the entire site ... disappointed for sure , deadlines keep getting pushed and everyone on the street is frustrated. Shingles have lifted after 5 months... and was told someone would be out... still no one, had issues with the tile all over the main floor which took forever to repaired... and honestly I know we are the one of the residents with the least problems on the court.
