DrainWorks’ staff is highly skilled and works as efficient as possible to ensure the correct repair is done as quickly as possible without compromising quality because we value our customer’s time. Having said that, it is also important to note that our plumber was on site at your home for 2 hours, not less than one hour as you indicated. It is rewarding to know that you were happy with the service and the quality of the work, however, using the length of time a repair takes as a measurement for cost is not accurate because DrainWorks does not charge by the hour. On the flip side, the same repair could have taken longer by someone less skilled who charges by the hour, wasting both a customer’s time and money. Hope this has shed some light on your concern. We do look forward to being your plumbing and drain service providers in the future should you require our assistance again.
