minor bathroom and kitchen fixes
The plumber noted several thing that could be fixed.
* change the level of the float in the toilet
* install a Moen thing in a faucet. (no charge for the thing as it is provided free from Moen)
* provide and install a new flapper in a toilet
tighten the kitchen faucet.
Given that i did not have to pay for the service call, I find $200 for these jobs rather high.
