I was very impressed with their customer service and how quickly they responded to my situation. They took the time to explain what had happened, what needed to be done and made sure that I clearly understood my options before agreeing to the work.

I would use them again (hopefully not for the same situation!) and I would certainly recommend them to my neighbours and friends.

Christmas week due to a blockage in pipes ,water backed up in our basement to our horror. Everyone can understand the panic that takes over when this happens. I called Drainworks and immediately felt I was in the hands of professionals.I called at 8am and by noon Mike Dunn was in our basement examining the possible problem and probable solutions. I found Mike explained things clearly and succinctly and it all made sense. He showed us on the camera where the blockage was happening caused by tree roots and explained that we needed a new piece of plastic piping installed to replace the very old piping . Next day two coworkers arrived .and they were equally impressive and they worked efficiently and Mike returned to run the camera again so that we could see our problem was solved. Mike was just great,a pleasure to deal with and ,I suspect a huge asset to the company. I hope he gets a nice holiday bonus as people like him are rare to find and must be rewarded. I would recommend this company highly. Thanking you for relieving a stressful situation.

Are drain in the laundry room, backed up on us. Not a lot of a mess, but the smell ,not very pleasent.. Called drainworks.. Was given a window of a time they would be at our house. Great they called back and said that they had some right in the area, be there in half an hour.. Drainworks showed up. And got the job done.. Freindly, know what there doing.. Great service!

I woke up one morning to find my basement carpet and bathroom wall wet. I was extremely happy that Drainworks came on time and solved the problem quicker than I had expected. It turned out to be a leaking solder joint in a pipe in the ceiling. It was a pleasure to deal with technicians that were respectful (they covered their shoes with booties when they came into my home) and willing to take the time to explain the problem and share their expertise (and could converse intelligently). Very professional, extremely competent and knowledgeable. I would recommend highly.

I had a blocked drain, the service provided from the beginning of the call to the plumber who came to my house was polite, very friendly and prompt.
I was very happy with the time he took to explain my problem and what potential solutions were available. He was definitely not pushy in "selling" or up selling solutions. I very much appreciated that.

What a mess! After a party at my place some guests thought they'd be nice and help out with cleaning. After pouring a ton of grease down my kitchen sink, I find out later that it was backed up with foul smelling water. This was on a weekend and most other places were asking way more money to remedy this. The guy who came out was super nice and fixed the issue without any problems. Great service.

Our main sewer line was blocked, and snaking revealed a huge tangle of roots nearly completely occluding the pipe. Unfortunately, our house did not have appropriately-sized cleanouts to deal with the issue. DrainWorks had a team out the same day to inspect and snake the line. They proposed installing proper external cleanouts and then removing the roots. The proposal was in line with other estimates we had obtained, but at half the price. The work was completed in a single 9-to-5 day, and they even replanted a bush that we thought would be lost. They also sent a technician back that night to snake the line again for us and point out where potential problems might arise in years to come. All company representatives were courteous, friendly, thoughtful, and took time to explain the options and alternatives. Though I certainly hope never to have to, we would definitely use their services again.

The response from the company was quick and they did indeed fix the clogged drain within the promised 24hours.

The great thing about this company is that they give you the price in writing before they start. Even if the problem turns out to be bigger than anticipated, they still charge the same.

Previously, I've been stuck with a broken drain because we found out it was too expensive to fix halfway through the process.

The man who came over was lovely as well. He was polite and didn't make too much of a hassle.

I recommend this to most of my friends when they have issues with their plumbing.

Very happy with the service and work performed by DrainWorks. They replaced the clay pipe that was originally connecting the house's sanitary line to the city with PVC and snaked out other roots in the pipe showing me what they did before and after with the camera.

The drain in our home was clogged and we called DrainWorks to get it fixed. They were able to fix the drain quickly, without causing too much of a mess. I was very satisfied with the job done.
