I had a blocked drain, the service provided from the beginning of the call to the plumber who came to my house was polite, very friendly and prompt. I was very happy with the time he took to explain my problem and what potential solutions were available. He was definitely not pushy in "selling" or up selling solutions. I very much appreciated that.
