This is the worst experience I have ever had with a company. I don't even know where to begin. Should I talk about how there is NO difference in my grass, or the fact that the technician went to the wrong house, did what ever they do, and left an invoice for services under MY name. The first time I got an invoice, there was no service provided and the sales person, named "Moe" told me it was an error on the technician's part where the technician had stated he provided the service but really didn't because it rained. It was never changed in the system and I was charged for that service. I had called many times to complain about how unsatisfied I was, and I was promised that a technician would come and talk to me. No one ever came. I called to cancel the service and was notified that because I had signed up for a one year plan, I had been provided with "free" fertilizer and seeding. So cancellation means I have to pay $200. To rectify ALL of this, I was once again promised that someone would come and talk to me today, I have been home all day waiting. I took off from work for this. No one showed up. I am so done with this company. This is the worst experience I have ever had. But reading the reviews, at least I am not the only one.
