One must wonder how a contractor can get a perfect 10-rating every single time. Old-fashioned service and respect. It's that simple.

We found Boris (a.k.a. Cozy World) on this website. He did an inspection of our old furnace and AC on Wednesday evening. He was very thorough and took copious notes. Not once did he try and 'sell' us. After his inspection he sat down, wrote up a detailed quotation. Having received a previous quote from a well known brand through a big-box retailer and based upon the price differential we were ready to sign. No signature needed - a handshake was all that was needed.

Boris called back the next morning to see if it would be OK to install Saturday (two days later). His three men arrived promptly at 9:00am and left with everything working at 7:00pm. Nothing was too much trouble (or extra). For appearance sake we asked them to core the exhaust pipes through the poured concrete foundation (a good hour of heavy drilling) - no problem!

We have a 1,500 sq. ft. side-split. Compared to the alternate quote, Cozy World was $3,177 less after all rebates and discounts. PLUS our Goodman furnace and AC (same features, size and performance) comes with a manufacturer's ten-year parts AND LABOUR warranty. The alternate system only came ten-year parts and one year on the labour.

When it came time to replace our furnace and a/c I did my due diligence and obtained three quotes. The first quote was from one of the big companies and it was ridiculously over-priced, profit is not a dirty word but their markup was obscene! The other 2 were very close in price but I decided to go with Boris because he seemed very knowledgeable and I was impressed with his attention to detail when quoting the job. On the day of the install his crew showed up on time, were very professional and worked hard all day. They took pride in their work and it showed. I am very pleased with the job the did. When they were cleaning up after they finished they forgot some sheet metal and the old a/c coil on my porch, I emailed Boris to ask him to have it removed for me, sure enough the next business day it was picked up. This impressed me because from my experience some contractors are impossible to track down once the job has been completed and paid for. I would highly recommend the services of Boris and Cozy World.

We used the services of Fred for selection and installation of Air conditining unit for our home. The guidance was excellent and righ to the oint. The cost very reasonable and timeliness was perfect.

I called Fred to arrange a service call and he arrived within one hour. He quickly assessed the furnace (e.g. power supply, connections) and zero-ed in on the pressure switch which was working irregularly. While he didn't have a replacement switch with him, he committed to get and install one the next day. When I said that I would be away the following afternoon, he said that he would return in the morning. Before leaving, he tested the switch at least a dozen times and advised that we leave the thermostat set slightly higher than usual to ensure that, if the switch failed, the house didn't get too cool.
He phoned before returning the next morning to advise of his arrival time. He was on-time and quickly installed/tested the new switch. He also completed what other furnace technicians would include in an annual maintenance and cleaning service.
This is the second time he has provided service. He has been unfailingly prompt, efficient and courteous. I highly recommend his service.

The work and service that Fred has provided for us is excellent. He installed our A/C and furnace. He always makes himself available to help us and he does so gladly. He is honest, reliable, and knowledgeable. I would highly recommend him.
